You've heard about "apps" out there for graffiti abatement hotlines. You can take a picture and upload it to your local law enforcement agency. But now it seems they are coming out with an app that will decipher the tag.

No article references today. I wanted to share something that happened to me yesterday. While visiting with some friends, talk came around about graffiti. Seems my friend's house backs up to a field with sheds that get "decorated" quite a bit. My friend said that it's  "art" and sometimes another one of her friends goes up and takes pictures. I felt the overwhelming need to correct her. "Vandalism is vandalism, not art!" At my outburst she just smiled and nodded. Well, not everyone feels passionate about graffiti abatement like I do! 

Very seldom does graffiti put a smile on my face, in fact, it never does. Until now. Still vandalism but it comes with a chuckle.
