Ok, a couple of things bother me about this article. One is the statement made of vandalism, calling it "the traditional public art form of graffiti". Another is a statement that tape art is not graffiti. Only if they are asking permission is it not considered graffiti vandalism. Otherwise, it's just another mess people have to clean up.
