This "feel good" story comes out of Anaheim, California. Some 20 scholars comprise Police Chief John Welter's Anaheim Youth Advisory Council and play a key role in the Anaheim Community Anti-Graffiti Effort. The group has spent nearly hundreds of hours delivering anti-graffiti messages to kids. These kids are true role models for the younger generation.
