Below is an e-mail we received from one of our Graffiti Fighter Members in Casa Grande, AZ. Thank you for the kind words Sheila, and keep up the good work:)
The city of Casa Grande Police Department has once again partnered up with Casa Grande Daybreak Rotary Club for our 4th Annual Neighbors United event which will take place on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are expecting 400-500 volunteers from our small city of 55,000. Mayor Bob Jackson, Chief Johnny Cervantes, and other dignitaries (a Congressman and U.S. Representative) will be present to speak, paint walls, and pick up trash on the west side of the city.
This year we are excited to have partnered up with Acrylatex Coatings & Recycling Inc. from Azusa, CA who we met at the 2014 Zero Graffiti International convention. We really appreciate their assistance with this project and are looking forward to working with them in the future in regards to the City of Casa Grande's Graffiti Abatement Program.
Zero Graffiti International continues to play a part in assisting our city in finding resources that will meet our needs to continue to fight the war on graffiti.
An event being hosted by one of our Graffiti Fighter Members. Good job Chula Vista, keep up the good work!!

The community event, hosted by Mayor Cheryl Cox and the Chula Vista City Council, in collaboration with I Love a Clean San Diego, Republic Services, Buff a Block and the Chula Vista Clean Team, is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at each location. More than 600 volunteers are expected to turn out this year to pick up litter, clean up graffiti and remove invasive plants and weeds.
This is a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours and for residents to get involved by lending a helping hand in their community.
