"Winston-Salem business owners and residents spoke in favor at a public hearing last night of restricting teenagers' ability to buy or possess spray paint. The council is considering two changes to the city's existing ordinance that deals with graffiti. One change would prevent minors from possessing spray paint; another would prevent stores from selling spray paint to minors."
